WHY SKI CONDITIONING?

Our ski conditioning is essential for the avid skier who wants to build their endurance, strength, and prevent injuries for their time on the mountain.

This 8 week program doesn’t just focus on building strength, it also trains the body for stability, mobility, and coordination. By preparing your body, you'll not only perform better on your skis, but you'll also stay safer throughout the season.

SCHEDULE

October 21st - December 11th (8 Weeks)

Tuesdays & Thursdays

1 hour classes run at 6:00am, 9:30am, 12:00pm, 4:15pm and 5:30pm
